Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no cookies, no personal data. Just a simple, cookie-free page-view count.
What we collect
There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no ads. The site sets no cookies, and it never sends your answers, notes or progress anywhere.
To see which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free. It counts page views along with basic, non-identifying details: the page you visited, the site that referred you, your country, and your browser and device type. It doesn't use cookies or other browser storage, doesn't fingerprint you, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't track you across other sites. Cloudflare explains how it works on its Web Analytics privacy page.
Where your progress lives
Your lesson progress, review schedule, streak, project checklist and journal notes are saved only in your own browser using localStorage. They stay on that device and in that browser. Another browser or device starts fresh, and we can't see, restore or recover your data.
How to clear it
- SQL progress: use Clear progress on the SQL page.
- Everything: clear site data for
pharmacycanary.comin your browser settings (often under Privacy → Cookies and site data), or use a private window so nothing is kept. - Journal notes: export them first from the Journal if you want to keep a copy.
Third parties
Fonts and the in-browser SQL engine (sql.js) are served from this site itself. The only outside service a page talks to is Cloudflare, which adds its small Web Analytics script to each page. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and delivered through Cloudflare. Like any web host, they may process standard technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site. Links to other sites, like PharmPrep.ai, GitHub or X, follow those sites' own privacy policies.
Changes
If what we measure ever changes, we'll update this page first. Questions? See Contact.
